The Spring Writers Conference is back! Come help us celebrate WOTR's 20th anniversary with a 3-day conference in beautiful Wenatchee Washington. Twelve fabulous presenters, sixteen sessions and workshops to choose from, and a whole weekend of fun with your Central Washington writing community.

The Spring Writers Conference is back!
Join us in beautiful Wenatchee Washington, May 16-18, 2025, for a whole weekend of writing fun. Twelve amazing presenters will offer sixteen different sessions and workshops for you to choose from (how to decide?!), with an additional four sessions open to all attendees.
Presenters include Philip K. Dick award finalist (and Write On The River co-founder!) Kay Kenyon, and writing coach William Kenower, a previous Spring Conference fave and our 2025 keynote speaker. For details see our full list of presenters, and info about Friday night's First Page Critique Party!

One-on-one sessions with agent Rachel Letofsky and editor Elena Hartwell are available on Saturday. Sign-up for a session at the registration table — first come first served.
If you plan to meet with Rachel (agent), please bring a polished pitch and be ready to discuss your manuscript.
If you plan to meet with Elena (editor), please bring a sample of your writing (your opening scene), or submit it in advance (Word or PDF) to info@writeontheriver.org.
